The hydrating base has a rich gel-like texture for smooth application that will glide on easily without flaking. It can be blended with the smudger end for a soft and natural outline or smokey-eye look or emphasised with a heavier application, tighter line, or cat eye or for a more dramatic effect. Our excellent selection of intensely pigmented eyeliners is available in neutrals and dramatic fashion shades to intensify the eye area with dimension and definition and is available in a range of shades to best compliment undertones from each seasonal colour palette and take the guesswork out of finding colours that will truly complement your complexion.
