And then yesterday, I went shopping....It was fun!....Normally it's not fun at all. My new colours definitely suit my skin tone better. I pulled out an old black t-shirt to wear while I dyed my hair, and every time I passed the mirror I thought how stark it looked. And that was only 36 hours after I'd started wearing warm colours. Every time I pass a mirror and I look healthy and glow-y! Who wants black anyway

Thanks again for a great day! As soon as I got home I divided my wardrobe! Can't wait to buy all my new clothes and get the new me looking fab! Thanks again for everything!

Had to pop on and tell you about my fantastic shopping experience yesterday (my first time near clothes since our colour and style class on Friday!). Took myself to TK Maxx - my most dreaded shop as it always feels so overwhelming, Thanks to my colour book I was able to focus very quickly on what would suit, and then determine if it was my style or not! I left with 4 classic items for my wardrobe (all well made) one of which is a stunning Brick red dress that I wouldn't have dreamed of even looking at previously and its breath taking on! All done in less than an hour ... that is unheard of. Plus I left feeling excited about my purchases, instead of the usual unsure and stressed from the experience.
Heading out on my lunch again today - can't wait!

I had my colours done 9 years ago and though I had nailed everything.......until I recently completed the style class and also the skincare and make-up class. What a wonderful experience. Shirley is amazing at what she does and I left her studio feeling ready to take on the world. Best investment I've ever made.

What a great day we had - I now know I’m a Summer Palette and could honestly see a difference in my complexion when I had the ‘right’ colours against my skin. I even tried a bright lipstick in my Summer colours and loved it which is totally out of my comfort zone - thanks again Shirley. Now to complete project Wardrobe....

Mum and I attended a colour analysis class. We loved it from start to finish. It's amazing to see the instant differences colour can make. And how it can change the way you feel. We have come away feeling confident about where we need to be heading next. And we had a really lovely morning at our class. Shirley made us feel very welcome and made our morning great fun too. Planning our next stage.

I originally enjoyed a Colour Analysis session nine years ago with my best friend and from that day onwards I felt pretty comfortable with my "Bright Spring" colour choices.

I had been tempted for some time to do a Colour Rerate session and having attended last Friday morning, I am so glad that I did.

It appears that I have been studiously avoiding the "Sorbet" shades that work equally well for me, but no more! A blush pink item of clothing purchased yesterday, with a fabulous scarf to highlight the peach tones. Thank you so much Shirley, I had a wonderful day and I will now shop with a different mindset.

I'd been intrigued about my colours for a long time and my session with Shirley was well worth the wait. It was fascinating to see the transformation colour can make right there in front of my eyes. My friend and I had a great afternoon with Shirley. Finding out which colours suit you best and seeing the impact that has is fantastic. We both discovered new colours that we'd never worn before which is great. Shirley is fantastic, so enthusiastic and really helps to add to the experience.

I attended with my wife and we both got our colours done. Have to say, the effect the colours you wear have on the way your face looks is clear to see and once you've seen it and got that awareness it makes choosing colours much easier. Some things I guess I knew intuitively but others were completely new and very valuable to know. Shirley is just lovely and explains everything brilliantly. Highly recommended.

So I was asked to introduce myself yesterday in my new job to the company on the main stage at our internal sales conference - executives, marketing, sales and of course the technical sales team that I will be leading - I must admit I was just a tad nervous - but I strutted my stuff, spoke confidently about community building, valuing people and personal space, and the need to strengthen the weak and to look out for one another in business.
