High quality wood pencils in a wide selection of colours, use to define the lip line or to complement a lipstick. For long lasting colour, outline lips using the liner in a soft dotted line on the lips rather than a hard continuous line as it will look more nautural. Finish with a complementary lipstick or lip gloss colour. For narrow lips, apply a pencil slightly darker than the lipstick colour just outside the natural lip line. If lips are full apply a pencil that matches the lipstick shade just inside the natural lip line.
